Who is responsible
Endowood Orman Ürünleri (Balat Furniture) is responsible for this website. Address: Balat Mahallesi, Bozkır Sokak, No:5-1 (next to Macro Center, L Apartmanı), 16410 Balat, Nilüfer, Bursa, Turkey. Contact: inquiry@i-hotelfurniture.com. Because we are based in Turkey, your data is processed there.
What data we receive
The website has no registration, no shopping cart and no payment. If you write to us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive your name, your phone number and what you put in your message. This can be photos, measurements or project details.
What we use it for
We use it to reply to you, give prices, prepare offers and, if needed, arrange a visit. Where EU or UK data protection law applies, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (your enquiry and steps before a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our interest in answering enquiries). We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
When you write to us on WhatsApp, your message is also processed under WhatsApp’s own terms. The WhatsApp buttons on our pages start a message with the name and link of the page you are on. You can change or delete that text before you send it.
Cookies and measurement
Our site uses the cookies it needs to work. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visitors and see which pages are opened. We start it only if you choose “Accept” in the notice on the site. If you choose “Reject”, nothing is measured. Google may also process data in the USA. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
We store your choice in your browser. To change it, delete the site data for balatfurniture.com in your browser and the notice will appear again.
Sharing
We pass on your data only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your data as long as we need it for your enquiry. If the law sets a retention period, that period applies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Articles 15 to 21 GDPR). You can withdraw a consent at any time for the future.
